The Technical Manager of the Spanish Gas System is responsible for the operation and technical management of the basic and secondary natural gas transmission networks in Spain. Its main function is to guarantee the continuity and security of natural gas supply and the efficient coordination of access points, storage facilities, and transmission and distribution networks.
In the exercise of its functions, the Technical Manager of the System coordinates with the different agents that operate or use the Gas System under the following principles:
