The company has been included on the 'Climate A List' of companies with outstanding performance against climate change

Enagás has been recognised as a global leader by CDP (Carbon Disclosure Project) for its climate change action and strategy. The company has been included on the "Climate A List" drawn up by CDP, an international non-profit organisation for the promotion of sustainable economies.

This year's "Climate A List" includes a total of 193 companies that have reached a position of leadership under the CDP Climate Change Programme, from among over 2,000 companies from all over the world.

The CDP Climate Change Programme means that, on the request of 827 investors representing over 100 billion dollars in assets, companies submit reports on their actions with regard to climate change for independent assessment, as per the classification methodology developed by CDP.

For Enagás, inclusion on the "Climate A List" is a significant acknowledgement of its commitment to reducing emissions and the fight against climate change, and an endorsement of the company's management of this area, which has resulted in a 47% reduction in its carbon footprint and meant the prevention of the emission of 42,000 tonnes of CO2 in 2015.
