The Enagás Human Resources Manager, Erundino Neira, collected the Family Responsible Company Certificate (EFR), awarded by the Fundación +Familia during a public event held this morning. The event was presided over by the Secretary of State for Social Services, Family and Disability, Amparo Valcarce.
This recognition pays credit to the Company’s introduction of policies that support the balance between work and family life, in addition to the introduction of new family responsibility initiatives.
These new initiatives constitute a clear commitment to the future from Enagás in terms of continuous improvement in reconciliation policies, we aim for them to become our hallmark and allow us to be classifies and an excellent place to work.
