Top Employers Institute, a global benchmark in recognition of excellence in professional environments, has awarded Enagás the 'Top Employer 2024' certification. This distinction highlights the development of talent, the generation of quality employment and the company's commitment to the continuous improvement of people. This is the fourteenth consecutive edition in which Enagás has been ranked among the best companies to work for in Spain.
A total of 137 Spanish companies from different industry sectors such as pharmaceuticals, automotive, technology, insurance, consumer goods, energy or banking have been certified with this title for being the "most outstanding companies in their people practices", according to a statement by the organisation that awards the "Top Employer".
The companies in this ranking have an average of 5,200 employees nationally and 86,700 globally, and operate, on average, in 54 countries. By participating in the certification programme, companies verify and align their HR practices with industry best practices in key areas such as digitalisation, workplace environment, leadership, talent acquisition, learning, well-being, sustainability, diversity and inclusion, among many others.
This recognition values the effort and work that is carried out to promote the best working environment. To this end, Top Employers Institute validates, certifies and recognises as leading employers those organisations that exceed the highly demanding standards of its Certification Programme. In total, more than 2,300 organisations in 121 countries or regions have been recognised in this edition.
