The talk was given by Marta Herraiz, Co-Director of REDI, the first Spanish business network of experts in the field of diversity and LGBTQI+ inclusion in the professional arena. REDI is a non-profit organisation of which Enagás is a member.

Speaking at the event, Teresa Blanco, Diversity and Engagement Manager at Enagás, said that “the inclusion of diversity is a strategic value as well as a competitive advantage because it becomes an opportunity to attract and retain talent”.
Enagás has a strategy to support a diverse and inclusive culture based on six key areas: gender equality, disability, generational diversity, culture, thought and LGBTQI+.
