  • The company, together with other companies, has been interested in learning more about the work preferences of people aged between 18 and 30, especially in terms of work-life balance.

Enagás has participated, together with companies from the Top 30 Club such as CaixaBank, Redeia, Naturgy, EDP, Banco Santander, Mutua Madrileña, Mapfre, Bankinter, Ecoembes and Sener, among others, in the pioneering ConZilia project with the aim of learning more about the employment preferences of Generation Z, focusing specifically on their interest in work-life balance when choosing a job.

The results of this study, carried out in collaboration with Merco Talento Universitario and Recruiting Erasmus, are included in the report La #conciliación, factor clave para seducir al talento joven (#work-life balance, key factor to attract young talent), presented at the event commemorating the 2024 National Day of Work-Life Balance and Co-responsibility, which was attended on behalf of Enagás by different professionals from the company.
