STEM Women Congress is a meeting point for companies, initiatives and institutions whose objective is to make female talent in the STEM (Science, Technology, Engineering and Mathematics) sectors visible. This event, which takes place in Caixaforum (Madrid) than can also be followed online, will present STEM Women Congress Annual Report, an annual study that collects data on the activity of initiatives and programs that works in these sectors in gender perspective.
Enagás Director of People and Diversity, Susana Toril will participate in the round table "How to fix the under-representation of women in STEM" together with: President of the Abertis Foundation, Elena Salgado David Soto; Kyndryl CEO, Fina Lladós; General Manager of Iberia AMGEN; Joana Barbany, Technology Business Development Director of Michael Page, and a representative of CaixaBank Tech. Emma Vallespinós, journalist at Cadena Ser, will moderate this panel discussion. In addition, Enagás Energy Transition General Manager, Natalia Latorre will participate in the "STEM Women Manifest".
