Prensa Iberica y Sedigas will host the event “Reality and Opportunities for the Development of Biomethane In Spain”, which will be held at Espacio Bertelsmann in Madrid on March 16. The event will feature experts from the sector discussing the potential of biomethane as well as its contribution to decarbonisation, and the circular economy.
The Director of Economic Information of Prensa Ibérica, Martí Saballs, will welcome and close the meeting, and the Chairman of Sedigas, Joan Batalla, will be in charge of the opening and closing of the conference.
The General Manager of Enagás GTS, Susana de Pablo, will take part in the first panel of experts together with the Secretary General of Sedigas, Naiara Ortiz de Mendíbil; the Energy and Utilities Partner of PwC Spain, Óscar Barrero; the Director of Biovic, Luis Puchades, and moderated by the editor-in-chief of El Periódico de España, David Page.
The contributions will address subjects such as the potential for biomethane production in Spain and the European context, guarantees of origin or economic and regulatory barriers.
