The “Green Gas Mobility Summit”, organised by Gasnam, took place on 3 and 4 July 2024 at La Nave in Madrid. At this benchmark event on sustainable transport in the Iberian Peninsula, leading experts once again analyzed the present and future of technological solutions already available to achieve climate objectives and improve air quality, such as hydrogen, biomethane or LNG among other.
Arturo Gonzalo, CEO of Enagás, shared about the importance of hydrogen for the decarbonisation of mobility in a conversation on “Hydrogen infrastructures, essential for sustainable mobility" with Eugenia Sillero, Secretary General of Gasnam.
Also participated in a conference on “Progress and challenges in the certification of renewable gases”, María Junco, Technical System General Manager (Enagás GTS). Next, Fernando Impuesto, Business Development and Diversification Manager at Enagás, took part in the round table “Boosting hydrogen and its derivatives: strategies to promote its demand in transport”.
In addition, Claudio Rodríguez, Enagás Gas assets General Manager, coordinated and moderated a panel on the Maritime corridors for hydrogen and its derivatives in the ports, together with the Directors of the State Ports and the Port Authorities of Huelva, Algeciras, Bilbao and Barcelona.
Enagás had an exhibition space to share information and the sustainable mobility strategy it has been promoting for several years.
