On the one hand, we promote energy efficiency measures to optimise our resources and minimise emissions from our operations and, on the other, we develop specific renewable gas projects and work on the adaptation of existing infrastructure to be able to transport them.
Through Enagás Services Solutions, we offer our experience with the highest guarantees and quality standards. We provide our customers with technology solutions for the detection, quantification and monitoring of gases in order to support them in complying with the LDAR regulations, pursuant to the EPA METHOD 21 FINAL RULE and European EN-15446 standards.
In addition, our technical team has ENAC accreditation according to ISO 17025 to perform the detection and quantification of volatile organic compounds (VOC), in accordance with the provisions of the EN 15446:2008 standard, which, in turn, demonstrates the high level of standardisation and rigour of the LDAR work we offer.
For LDAR campaigns, we work with Vira Gas Imaging, one of our affiliates, which offers inspection and energy consulting services, with the latest technology available, to different sectors such as oil & gas, industry, and ports and vessels. Vira Gas Imaging has provided its services to all our facilities in Spain.
We also have agreements with drone companies specialised in the inspection and detection of leaks in concrete surfaces, such as the LNG tanks of our regasification terminals.
This comprehensive sustainability service consists of calculating the methane footprint of companies and is tailored to the needs, type of facilities, deadlines and requirements of each customer.
For this purpose, we analyse our customers’ fugitive emissions and methane emissions from other sources, emergencies, maintenance, operation, etc.
