To contract services in Enagás’ facilities, you must sign the Document of Accession to the Framework Agreement for access to the Spanish gas system facilities. By signing this document, all parties accept the terms and conditions set out in the Framework Agreement for access to the Spanish gas system facilities.
Both the Framework Agreement and the Document of Accession are public documents and are available in the Resolution of August 2, 2016 of the Secretariat of State for Energy.
Once this document has been signed, the formalisation of capacity is carried out through the SL-ATR platform, on which the gas shipper must be registered.
