Talent assessment
In this phase, the candidate takes a number of online tests to measure their skills and suitability for the job.
Interviews
Candidates have an interview with the Talent Management team, during which a curricular and skills assessment is carried out and, if they advance to the next stage, the relevant business area will carry out a technical assessment.
Hiring
Once the selection process is completed, the hiring and onboarding process begins.
